Arthur Halvajian;developed Mall at IV
Arthur M. Halvajian of Saddle River, developer and former owner of the Mall at IV in Paramus, died Monday at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. He was 76.

Ritschelova appointed head of Czech Statistical Office
Prague, July 27 (CTK) - President Vaclav Klaus appointed Iva Ritschelova, 46, Rector of J. E. Purkyne University in Usti nad Labem, north Bohemia, chairwoman of the Czech Statistical Office (CSU) at Prague Castle yesterday.
